helpful staff good connectivity small sofa beds minimal cleaning
the staff was helpful they explained the area well. the connectivity for buses was good the beach was a short walk.
the sofa beds were a little small i thought. the cleaning was only minimal during the week towels were only changed every other day

helpful staff great pool soundproof apartment single bed
the staff was very helpful. lorna was always happy to help every time i had a query and nothing was too much trouble. david was also very helpful and kind too. the hotel has a great pool and a great rang for breakfast too with a wide selection for all.
the apartment are not very soundproofed. we were in a one bedroom apartment. the beds in the bedroom are two singles pushed together. the grounds are nice and really well kept but it can be noisy.

The location has easy access to nearby shops. The grounds are nicely maintained with a clean pool area. I observed the staff maintaining cleanliness daily. My room included functional air conditioning in both the living area and the bedroom.
